EMBER Audio + Design is a locally owned brick and mortar retail shop. We specialize in modern furniture with high performance audio and video for residential and commercial spaces. With over two decades of experience, we select products from the very best modern furniture and HiFi manufacturers.

With EMBER, we show how well modern design and good HiFi work together. We also make it attainable. Good design should not be out of reach. While we service clients at every budget, we feel it is important to make sure that the average person with an average income has access to beautiful things that can enrich their lives at home.

EMBER works with clients to create a space that is refined, functional, and truly lovely to be in.

Chris and Jamie, longtime friends, first got together during the original iteration of EMBER’s vinyl nights. After a shared stint in San Francisco, with Chris working at the esteemed AudioVisionSF, and Jamie working both at the venerable design showroom Zinc Details and in luxury real estate, the pair decided to come home, get super married, and reopen the shop together under the name EMBER Audio + Design.

The focus of the new store is a blending of their shared interest in music, design, and art — a way to create a full, functional space that looks as good as it sounds and is drawn, whole cloth, from the individual needs of each client.
